Brazil soccer icons play charity game for flood aid - Ronaldinho, Cafu and Bebeto etc

The stars were out shining for a good cause to seek donations for the victims of the country’s deadly flood. Several former Brazil soccer players female and male teamed up for a charity football event on the pitch of the iconic Maracana stadium in Rio de Janeiro. Bebeto said “this is the least we can do. Such a noble cause as this. Many lives were lost, a total disaster, and such suffering. It makes us sad to talk about it. But I am sure the people of the South will rebuild their lives." According to the organisers, some 42,000 tickets were sold, and the money will be donated to foundations that help flood victims.
